We experienced SMS delivery errors for T-Mobile users, leading to a small Link conversion decrease, as well as Dashboard login issues for some Plaid customers. We enabled a fallback Link flow for T-Mobile users within 15 minutes, causing Link conversion to recover. The carrier issue was resolved after approximately 90 minutes, at which point we fully enabled SMS messages to all T-Mobile users.
