We are observing issues impacting API calls and new connections to Citibank Online. We have notified Citibank Online and are working to root cause and resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Identity Verification experienced a degradation in performance. This applied to Document verifications, which were taking 30-40 seconds longer to process. This degradation varied and users may have been impacted for 3 hours after the incident started. Normal processing times have been restored.
